What to do if you have lost your password or want to update it.

If you need to reset your password, follow these steps in the Bloom Money app:

  1. Start by going to the login page in the app.

  2. Click on 'Sign in' at the bottom of the screen, and then select the 'Forgot password?' option.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Bloom Money account.

  4. Check your email inbox for instructions on how to set a new password.

  5. If you don't find the email in your inbox, be sure to look in the spam folder.
