You can request to delete your Bloom Money account directly through the app by following these steps:
Open the Bloom Money app and go to the ‘Home’ tab.
Tap on the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top right corner.
Select 'Profile' from the menu.
Tap on the ⚙️ Settings icon again in the top right corner.
Choose '🗑️ Delete account.'
Send Customer Support a message requesting the deletion of your account.
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you back up any important information before requesting account deletion. If your request is accepted, your account will be deleted within 14 days.
Important Considerations:
Resolve any pending transactions or circle commitments before requesting deletion. If you are in any active Bloom circles, you will not be able to delete your account until you have fulfilled all your obligations.
Due to regulatory requirements, we may need to retain certain data even after your account is deleted. However, this data will no longer be associated with your account. Your data will be kept according to our Privacy Policy.
