Blossom aims to foster respectful and trusted relationships between user and coach. Coaches and clients often spend time before a session to prepare.

As such, Blossom policy requires you to reschedule or cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled sessions. (Here's how to do it.)

You will lose one session credit if you do not attend your coaching session and had not rescheduled or cancelled the session 24 hours in advance.
