If you’re driving a non-Tesla vehicle that supports charging at Tesla Superchargers, you can use select Tesla stations directly through the Bluedot for Fleets app.

What You Need:

  • A compatible CCS adapter: This converts the Tesla plug to the CCS standard your vehicle uses.
Your Fleet Manager should provide this adapter.

  • A Tesla Supercharger station with a T symbol: These are the stations compatible with non-Tesla EVs. You can identify them by the T icon on their map pins in the Bluedot for Fleets app.

How to Start Charging:

  1. Open the Bluedot for Fleets app and find a nearby Supercharger with a T symbol.

  2. Tap the station pin to view stall availability and navigate to the location.

  3. Park at an available stall and follow these steps carefully:

    • First, plug the Tesla station cable into your CCS adapter.

    • Then, connect the CCS end of the adapter to your vehicle.

    • Make sure all connections are secure.

  4. In the app:

    • Locate the station and match the stall number you’re connected to.

    • Confirm that the stall number on the Supercharger matches the one shown in the Bluedot for Fleets app.

    • Tap Start Charging in the app under the correct stall number.

  5. Charging will begin shortly after confirmation.

How to Stop Charging:

When you’re ready to end your session, tap the Stop Charging button on the charger screen within the Bluedot for Fleets app.

Notes:

  • Not all Tesla Superchargers are available for non-Tesla vehicles. Always look for the T symbol in the Bluedot for Fleets map.

  • Ensure your adapter is properly connected before starting the session to avoid charging errors.
