With the Bluedot for Fleets app, you can conveniently initiate the charging process for your vehicle across various charging stations including Tesla Supercharger, Electrify America, EVgo, and ChargePoint. Follow these steps to start charging:
Open the Map: Launch the Bluedot for Fleets app and open the map. You will see the map on the home page.
Choose a Station: Browse through the map and select the charging station that best suits your needs.
Connect Your Vehicle: Ensure that the charging plugs are active and properly connect your vehicle to the plug.
Start Charging: Once connected, click on the 'Start charging' option. Follow the on-screen prompts, and select your vehicle from the options provided.
Wait for Connection: Allow some time for the connection to establish. Note: If you encounter an error during this stage, don't worry. Try starting the charging process a few more times. If the error persists, consider charging at a different station.
Charging in Progress: Once successfully connected, your charging process has begun! You can monitor the details of the charging process directly through the application.
When you want to stop your charging, stop it from the station. Do not forget to unplug your vehicle when charging is completed. Please contact support if you have any questions!
