Why do I need to email you for account closure? Shouldn't this be automatic?

Since the Bluedot app will no longer be accessible after May 7, 2026, we're asking users to reach out via email so our team can verify your balance, follow up on your request, and ensure your refund is processed without any issues. This allows us to keep a record of your ticket and contact you directly if we need any additional information.
