Resolving Fund Transfer Notices

We understand how challenging it can be to experience an error during fund transfers. To ensure the best experience during your transactions, please review the following solutions for the various transactions errors.

KYC Check

If you are getting this error, it means that you have not received security approval from the bank system. Please message live support or email info@thebluedot.co so we can assist you.

Date of Birth cannot be modified

Your date of birth cannot be changed manually. Please message live support or email info@thebluedot.co so we can assist you.

SSN cannot be modified

Your SSN cannot be changed manually. Please message live support or email info@thebluedot.co so we can assist you.

Bad request (user reached the velocity limit for debit transfers)

This error means that you have reached your daily or monthly transaction limit. Try your transaction again later.

Sorry your transfers didn’t go trough please wait

The density in the system causes this error. Try your transaction again later.

Source card address could not be verified

We couldn't verify the address linked to your card. Please double-check your card details.

Source card is not enabled for pull-from-card transactions

Your card isn't enabled for pull-from-card transactions. Please contact your source card bank for assistance.

Source card is not a debit card

Card transfers are only available for debit cards. Please use a debit card for this transaction.

Source card is pending approval

Your card is pending approval. Once approved, you can use it for card transfers.

Source card is expired

Unfortunately, your card has expired. Please use a valid, non-expired card for this transaction.

Source card is not authorized for use

Your card isn't authorized for use. Please contact your bank to resolve this issue.

Destination card address could not be verified

We couldn't verify the address linked to the destination card. Please double-check the card details.

Destination card is not enabled for push-to-card transactions

The destination card isn't enabled for receiving card transfers. Please contact the cardholder's bank for assistance.

Destination card is not a debit card

Card transfers can only be received by debit cards. Please provide a debit card for this transaction.

Destination card is pending approval

The destination card is pending approval. Once approved, it can be used for receiving card transfers.

Destination card is expired

Unfortunately, the destination card has expired. Please provide a valid, non-expired card for this transaction.

Destination card is not authorized for use

The destination card isn't enabled for receiving card transfers. Please contact the cardholder's bank for assistance. Please make sure virtual card is active
