In-App EV Charging Offer Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period: August 11, 2023 - September 1, 2023

Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to users of the Bluedot app and Bluedot Debit Card who have not previously used the in-app EV charging service.

Users must have a valid Bluedot account to participate.

Offer Details: During the campaign period, eligible users who initiate in-app charging for their electric vehicles will be eligible for the offer.

Users will be billed for their in-app charging sessions as per the standard charging rates during this period.

Reimbursement Criteria: To qualify for reimbursement, users must have a minimum of one in-app charging session within the campaign period. After the end of the 3-week campaign period, Bluedot will calculate the total expenses incurred by the user on in-app charging during this period.

Reimbursement Process: If the user's total in-app charging expenses during the campaign period are less than or equal to $30, Bluedot will reimburse the entire amount.

If the user's total in-app charging expenses during the campaign period exceed $30, Bluedot will reimburse up to a maximum of $30. Reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days following the end of the campaign period. Reimbursements will be made to the user's Bluedot account, which can be used for future in-app charging sessions.

Offer Limits: This offer is limited to one reimbursement per eligible user during the campaign period. The maximum reimbursement amount is $30 per user.

Offer Modifications and Termination: Bluedot reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. Any modifications or termination of the offer will be communicated through the Bluedot app and official communication channels.

General Terms: By participating in this offer, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Bluedot app and participating in the offer. Bluedot reserves the right to disqualify users who violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.
