How can I change PIN for my Bluedot Card?
The PIN on your card is the most important security feature of your card. It protects you from fraud and should always be kept up to date. Here is how to manage your card PIN:
To change your PIN, click on the card for which you'd like to manage the PIN. Doing so will open the card's details window. You'll be able to change the PIN for your card by clicking on the "Change PIN" option located in the first line of the window.
If you ever forget your new PIN, you can use the Forgot PIN option to generate a new PIN.
Note: If the cardholder has made 3 failed attempts to change the PIN, they will be locked for 24 hours.
