After the initial setup of your physical card, enter Bluedot App. Open the Card tab. You can view your physical card by swiping the section where your virtual card is.
❗ The cardholder wasn't able to change the PIN since there were too many PIN failures. Once a cardholder has 3 failed attempts, they are locked for 24 hours.
Once you open the app, you'll be taken to the Card page. You'll see all the cards associated with your Bluedot account and your virtual cards.
Click on the card for which you'd like to manage the PIN. Doing so will open the card's details. You'll be able to change the PIN for your card by clicking on the "Change PIN" option in the first line of the window.
If you ever forget your new PIN, you can use the Forgot PIN option to generate a new PIN.
If you fail to change your PIN after all these procedures, you should discuss this with VISA. This VISA number 1-833-333-0417 will help you with this.
