Bluedot is excited to announce that we will be moving from offering charging services through bank cards to a new wallet-based system. This change will provide our customers with greater flexibility, enhanced features, and specific benefits on transferred balances, all aimed at improving your overall experience.

You will need to transfer your current bank card balances to the new wallet or move the funds to a different account within a specified period. Any balances that are not transferred by the deadline will be sent to your registered address as a check.

Our new wallet system will allow you to fund your account with any credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. This means you will have more options and greater convenience when it comes to managing your funds.

Will I Still Get Advantageous Charging Rates with Bluedot Wallet?

We are happy to assure you that yes, Bluedot Wallet users will continue to enjoy the best charging rates available. In fact, with the new wallet model, you will also have access to additional benefits such as free charging days.

The transition process is an important step in updating your Bluedot app and ensuring that you can continue using your wallet without any interruptions. How do I transfer my existing balance to the new wallet?

To transfer your existing balance to the new wallet, you will first need to update your Bluedot app. Once your app is updated, go to the card tab where you will see the options to send your money or add it to your wallet. After following the steps to send money that will be given to you, you will be able to add balance to your wallet and continue using it.

Will there be any fees for transferring my balance to the new wallet?

No, there are no fees for transferring your balance to the new Bluedot wallet or for sending money to another account. Additionally, you will receive a 10% bonus if you transfer your money to your wallet. This is our way of thanking you for your cooperation and ensuring a smooth transition process.

Will the balance I add to Bluedot wallet be withdrawable?

No, unfortunately the balance added to the wallet cannot be withdrawn again. It can only be used for charging.

Can I Still Use My Bluedot Debit Card After August 15?

No, the Bluedot Debit Card will no longer be active after August 15. We recommend using your remaining balance or transferring it to Bluedot Wallet before this date. This will ensure that you have access to your funds and can continue to use them for charging your devices.

Will I still be able to get cash back with new wallet model ?

Unfortunately, since the new wallet system does not include a debit card, spending will only be focused on charging.

What will happen to my current oxygen points in the new wallet model?

You must follow the cash out rules. You have 1 month to cash out your points.

What happens if I don't transfer my balance within the given period?

If you do not transfer your balance within the specified period, the remaining amount will be sent to your registered address as a check. We highly recommend transferring your balance before the deadline to avoid any delays or inconveniences.

Will be boost membership continue?

Unfortunately, Boost membership will be paused with the new model. Stay tuned for new memberships and campaigns.

How Will I Receive My Remaining Funds If I Don't Transfer Them to Bluedot Wallet?

If you choose not to transfer your balance to Bluedot Wallet, you can also transfer it to your main bank account. Any remaining funds greater than $1 will be mailed to you via check to the address on file for your account. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date to avoid any delays in receiving your funds.
