  • Auto-approval for unrestricted grants: Grants without a custom note are now automatically approved—saving time and eliminating unnecessary review.

  • Daily grant audits: We’ve implemented daily internal alerts to flag potential issues before they reach your clients.

  • Automation at scale: Built-in workflows now allow us to support ACH payments more efficiently than ever.

📊Trends & Insights

  • 98% increase in grant volume compared to this time last year—donor engagement is strong heading into summer.

  • Faster processing: Average time from grant submission to payment is now 4 days, down from 7 days in Q4.

  • Error Reduction: Error reports have dropped from 14% in January to just <1% today—despite higher grant volume.

  • Improved Payment Completion: ACH setup and proactive outreach to charities with uncashed checks has reduced cleared payments time from 21 days to 8 days.

🏦 ACH Charity Setup Campaign

Launched mid-April, our campaign aims to onboard 50% of the most-granted-to charities by the end of Q2. Here’s our progress:

  • All granted to charities: Up from 36% to 50% enrolled in ACH.

  • Top granted to charities (10+ grants): Up from 19% to 30% enrolled.

We’ll continue driving this effort to accelerate payment timelines and eliminate check delays.
