On behalf of the BlueGive Care team, we want to thank you for your continued partnership and for the valuable feedback you’ve shared during our recent product launch. Your input helps us refine and improve the platform so that it delivers even greater value to you and your clients.

Each enhancement reflects where you’ve asked us to focus: improving clarity, reducing friction, and creating a more seamless giving experience for both you and your clients. Weekly releases continue to build on that foundation. Below is what’s live today and what’s coming next.

We want to take a moment to share a transparent update with you:


User Feedback Live on BlueGive

  • Precision & Efficiency: Contribution entries now support three-decimal precision for complex security gifts.

  • Stronger Bulk Uploads: Bulk upload flows for security contributions have improved validation and all Vident ADRs have been added to the database.

  • Smarter Giving Navigation: Favorites is accessible directly from the donor homepage for one-click access to preferred charities.

  • Philanthropic Impact View: Replaces Suggested Causes and links directly to Recent Transactions for a clearer, data-driven view of giving.

  • Enhanced Investment Management: Allocation adjustments for pooled funds are faster and more intuitive within Manage Investments.

  • Streamlined Invitations: A new Delete Invitation option simplifies household and advisor management.

  • Unified Advisor Access: Advisor logins and contact cards now reside on bluetrust.com for a consistent, secure experience.

  • Modernized Payments Display: Real-time visibility into ACH and payment statuses across grants.

  • Accelerated ACH Timelines: Grants now clear and deliver an average of 1.3 days faster, with total processing averaging about 5.6 days.

  • Scheduled Giving Insights: Next scheduled dates and statuses update automatically for better planning.

  • Dynamic Data Access: Download from Recent Transactions to export, filter, and analyze client activity.

  • Search Transactions: ability to search across the description field of all transactions, which allows for quick filtering by donor, charity name, contribution type, etc.

  • Expanded Transaction Details: Transaction cards now include fund tickers, end dates, and key metadata.

  • Custom Charity Experience: Organization logos and images are customizable via donor-level upload.

  • Advisor Dashboard Upgrade: Common actions such as View Transactions are redesigned for speed and clarity.

  • Improved Client Search & Sorting: Quick search plus refined sorting in Manage Clients for faster access to donor information.

  • Charity Details Enhancement: The Charity Details card from Explore or Favorites shows Year-to-Date and Lifetime Grant Totals.

  • Express Giving: visibility into payment method (ACH express giving or checks sent by mail) and the ability to request to have a charity setup to receive ACH payments.

  • Simplified Grant Notes: update to the grant note options to reflect a drop down selection under Reason for Giving, with the option to add a custom note, or, use fully completed grant note options (these pre-written notes will also be auto-approved, cutting one day off of grant processing times. All custom notes do require a brief review per IRS guidelines):

  • Contingent Successor: adding the ability for a DAF to have a contingent successor that assume ownership of the DAF should both the primary account owner and any successors become incapacitated at the same time.

  • Editing DAF name: Adding the ability to edit the DAF/Fund name within the recent transactions section of the platform.

  • Family Detail Cards: users can click into any family member on the family tree to view their historical grant activity and which causes they support most actively.

  • Edit / Cancel Grants & Contributions: users can now cancel or edit grants that are pending as well as cancel contributions that have not yet begun processing.

  • Improved Email Templates: visual improvements to white-labeled email templates with more detailed instructions and more frequent updates to keep users informed during all key moments of the grant and contribution lifecycle.

  • Real-time Metric Updates: aggregated summary-level metrics (fund balance, pending grants & contributions, etc.) and the Recent Transactions table are now updated immediately upon submission of a grant or contribution to reflect money in motion.
