QuickBooks Payments
Easily connect your QuickBooks Payments account to Boatyard and process payments directly through the platform.
Transactions Processed with Ease: Once connected, all payments made in Boatyard will be sent to QuickBooks Payments for processing.
No Extra Fees: Boatyard does not charge additional fees for transactions processed via QuickBooks Payments.

Syncing Invoices
Boatyard offers two convenient solutions for syncing invoices with QuickBooks Online, tailored to your unique business needs:
Fully Automated Integration (Paid Add-On)
This integration automatically syncs your invoices and customer data:
Automatic Invoice Syncing: New and updated invoices in Boatyard are sent directly to QuickBooks Online.
Customer Creation: When you send an invoice to a new customer in Boatyard, they are automatically added to QuickBooks.
Customer Import: During setup, you can import all your existing QuickBooks customers into Boatyard.
Paid Add-On: This feature is a paid add-on to your Boatyard subscription. Please contact us for more information.
Please note: At present, this integration is only available for QuickBooks Online. Please refer to the next section for how to import invoices to QuickBooks Desktop.
Manual Invoice Import via SaaSAnt
If you prefer a more budget-friendly option or send fewer invoices, you can manually import your Boatyard invoices into QuickBooks using a 3rd-part software, SaaSAnt.
Simple File Export: Download invoices from Boatyard in Excel format.
Seamless Import: Upload the file to SaaSAnt, which maps your fields and sends the data to QuickBooks.
Supports QuickBooks Desktop and Online: This solution works with both versions of QuickBooks.
