Connecting to QuickBooks Payments

Please note: QuickBooks Payment integration is only available for our Grow and Enterprise Plans.

Your Boatyard dashboard is a great way to process credit card payments from customers quickly and securely.

We can connect with the following online payment systems:

Follow the steps below to learn how to connect to your QuickBooks Payments account.

First, log into your Boatyard dashboard at app.boatyard.com/login.

Next you will want to click on your name in the top right corner and then click on 'Settings'.

Once in the settings screen, please click on the 'CONNECT PAYMENT GATEWAY' button.

The New Payment Method box will pop up.

Select the dropdown and choose QuickBooks. Click the 'NEXT' button to continue.

You will be asked to connect with your QuickBooks account, click 'CONNECT' and you will be redirected to Intuits login page. Complete those guided steps to connect the Payment Gateway.
