Importing a Customer from Lightspeed

Use the following steps to import your customers from Lightspeed into the Boatyard dashboard.

You can add a customer either while creating a new order, or from the CUSTOMERS tab in the dashboard.

First, click on the NEW ORDER button in the top right corner.

Next, click on the ADD NEW button.

Next, enter the customer's name, email address or ID number in the top field.

Select the customer that you would like to import.

Next, confirm which boats you would like to import and click IMPORT.

You can now continue to create your new order for your customer.

First, click on CUSTOMERS in the side menu.

Then, click on ADD NEW CUSTOMER button in the top right corner.

Next, enter the customer's name, email address or ID number in the top field.

Select the customer that you would like to import.

Next, confirm which boats you would like to import and click IMPORT.

The customer and their boat information is now added to your dashboard.
