To add parts to an order, follow these steps:
Open the Order:
Navigate to your Boatyard dashboard and open the order you wish to modify.
Edit the Line Item:
On the order page, click the three dots next to the line item you want to add parts to, then select "Edit". This opens up the edit module.
In the edit line item module, you'll be able to add parts in the parts tab.
Search for the part ID you want to add to the line item, and then click on the + to add the part to the line item.
Repeat for every part that needs to be added.
Save when you are done adding parts.
If the part ID you search for does not exist yet in your Boatyard inventory, you'll be able to create it in this module.
When you add parts or labor to a line item, the Service Cost field is automatically disabled.
This is because the total cost will now be calculated from the sum of the part and labor costs.
