Before completing the below steps, we recommend that you first follow the steps in the Resolving Game Loading Issues help article to see if they resolve your issue.
If Boddle is not loading on your school network, it could be a firewall issue. If so, your IT department will need to “whitelist” Boddle.
Note for IT: If your school has already whitelisted Boddle and there are still loading/connection issues, double-check the filter settings on the browser to ensure no plugins or restrictions are blocking access to Boddle.
First, check to see if you have a firewall issue:

First, ensure your device is connected to the school or district's internet. Then, go to the test connection page: https://play.boddlelearning.com/test-connection.html
If the message on the test connection page says, “Connection Established!”:
… you do not have a firewall issue and do not need to complete the remaining steps. Instead, refer to the steps in Resolving Game Loading Issues help article to see if that resolves your Boddle loading issue.
If the message on the test connection page DOES NOT say “Connection Established!”:
You likely have a firewall issue preventing Boddle Learning from working correctly on your school network. To resolve this, Boddle will need to be “whitelisted” by your IT department.
To get Boddle whitelisted, forward this article to your IT department. You can copy contact@boddlelearning.com in the email, so it’s easier for them to communicate with Boddle directly if they have additional questions.
