This release addresses key issues in TouchPoint recording, HMIS exports, API integrations, and collection management — ensuring accurate data and smoother user experiences across both the UI and API.
Fixes
TouchPoints | Enrollment Enforcement for Redirect Workflows
We fixed an issue where users could record TouchPoints for Participants whose program enrollment had not yet started when using redirect-based workflows. Users will now see an appropriate error message if they attempt to record a TouchPoint outside an active enrollment period, ensuring data integrity and compliance with program rules.
HMIS Client CSV Export | Column Order Corrected
We resolved a defect where the “Sex” field appeared in the wrong column (T instead of K) in HMIS Client CSV exports. The export format now aligns with 2026 HMIS specifications for consistency and compliance with federal standards.
Collections | API and UI Editing
We addressed a bug where editing a Collection that had been updated via the /SaveCollection API endpoint caused a system error in the UI. Collections can now be safely edited after API updates, improving reliability for integrated workflows.
Referral API | Correct Rejection Reasons
We fixed an issue where the Referral API was pulling rejection reasons from the authenticated user’s site instead of the referral’s target site. The API now retrieves and validates rejection reasons correctly based on the destination site, ensuring accurate data and successful submission of referral rejections.
