Release Notes | March 6 | ETO 20.109.0

Updated over a week ago

Overview

ETO 20.109.0 improves TouchPoint reliability and performance, strengthens enrollment-related validation, and aligns HMIS functionality with current standards. This release also includes an API update that removes a legacy endpoint.

Enhancements

TouchPoints | Improved caching for filtered views

TouchPoint results now cache correctly when using filters such as Current Enrollment Only or Release of Information. This improves consistency and performance when viewing filtered responses.

API | Removal of legacy AddMember endpoint

The legacy AddMember collection endpoint has been removed. Integrations should use the supported SaveCollectionResponse endpoint going forward to ensure continued compatbility.

Fixes

HMIS | "Verified By" field behavior

The Living situation verified by [enter Continuum project] field now displays a selectable list of Continuum Projects instead of allowing free-text entry, aligning with current HMIS standards.

TouchPoints | Enrollment date validation after Enterprise Enroll

When users are redirected to record a TouchPoint after using Participants > Enterprise Enroll, ETO now enforces the TouchPoint's configured enrollment date rules. This prevents recording TouchPoints outside a participant's enrollment period when date limits are enabled.

TouchPoints | Correct response limiting in View Participant TouchPoints

The View Participant TouchPoints page now correctly limits initial results to 30 responses before Load Old Responses is selected. This reduces noise and improves usability.

TouchPoints | Pagination after loading older responses

After selecting Load Old Responses, pagination now functions correctly and no longer resets to the initial limited view.
