Overview
ETO version 20.112.0 includes one new enhancement and four targeted fixes across TouchPoints, Batch Upload, HMIS reporting, and Dashboard configuration. This release improves data accuracy, resolves workflow gaps, and introduces a new capability to control how dashboard messages are displayed at the form level.
Enhancements
TouchPoints | Dashboard message filtering by form
Administrators can now configure dashboard messages to display on a specific form's TouchPoint dashboard rather than all TouchPoint dashboards. When setting up a dashboard message, an optional form selector lets you target messages by form — giving teams more precise control over what users see in context.
Fixes
TouchPoints | Unique enrollment identifier for dismissed participants
The Unique Enrollment Identifier now populates correctly when a dismissed participant is included on a multi-participant TouchPoint response and the Date Taken falls within a past enrollment period. Previously, this field was blank, which caused gaps in enrollment-based reporting.
Batch Upload | Internal referral enrollment
Participants submitted via Batch Upload for Internal Referrals are now correctly enrolled in the destination program when Auto-Accept and Projected Start Date are enabled. Previously, the upload completed without triggering enrollment.
HMIS | Inventory export CoC code accuracy
The Inventory.csv export now reflects all unique Continuum of Care (CoC) codes when multiple codes are configured across Project Descriptor and Bed and Unit Inventory TouchPoints. Previously, only the first code populated across all inventory rows.
TouchPoints | Entity cross reference after entity merge
TouchPoint responses now correctly reflect updated entity cross references following an entity merge. Previously, some responses retained outdated references, causing reporting errors.
