Editing your Pipeline is easy within Bonzo. Whether you need to update a single name of Stage or sync a Campaign with a Stage, this article will show you how:
Click on the Pipeline tab on the left menu
Click on the white Options button on the right
Click on Manage Stages
OR you can edit by:
Clicking on the three dots next to any stage
Click Edit
EDITING PIPELINE STAGES
Hover over the Stage with your mouse and click on on the pencil icon in the bottom right corner of that Stage.
Change the name or emoji associated with the Stage by clicking on the Name field and edit it
Sync the Stage to a Campaign by selecting the coordinating Campaign from the dropdown menu. Syncing a Campaign to a Stage will automatically take the Prospect/Person out of the Campaign they are currently in and moving them to the Campaign associated with the Stage of the Pipeline
Reminder: If you have Campaigns synced for each Stage and you drag a Prospect into a different Stage and quickly move the Prospect back into the previous Stage, the Prospect will start again from Day 1 in that specified Campaign.
Share Prospects when they hit a specific Stage with in your Pipeline by selecting their name(s) in the drop down menu under the Shared users field. Sharing a user within the Pipeline will allow that Team Member to see the entire conversation history up until that point and can reach out to the Person from their Bonzo account. Your Team Member will be notified that a Person was shared with them as long as they have their Notifications on. All Shared users will be able to see any/all conversations that happen with that particular Person, going forward.
Tags can be created at a Pipeline Stage for ease of sorting and tracking your People. Create a brand new Tag or select a Tag you have previously created.
Select a Color you would like to associate with the Pipeline Stage
Toggle on Enable notifications if you would like to be notified when a Person has been in the Stage for a specified period of time (you select the period of time)
Collapse a Stage that you do not want to be visible to your Team. You can point this Stage to another Stage in your Pipeline.
Move to different Stage after some time is a way to move automatically move your People through the Pipeline after they reach a number of days (which you determine) taking away the manual aspect. Not only can you automatically move them to another Stage within the current Pipeline, you can move them to an entirely different Pipeline and Stage!
