To navigate to "Addons," you'll go to "Settings" and scroll down to the "Company" tab, and look for "Addons." Keep in mind that only Team Leads will have access to addon features.
Additional Team Members:
By clicking the (+) here, you are allowing your Bonzo account to have more team members that you can interact with.
Once you add this team member, you will be able to add their account by clicking into the "Team Members" Tab and clicking "Add Team Member"
Pipelines Access:
By clicking the (+) here, you are giving yourself and your team access to our Pipelines feature. To learn about this feature, click here: Pipelines
IVR:
By clicking the (+) here, you are gaining access to an "IVR" phone number. This allows you to create a phone tree within Bonzo (Eg. Press 1 for Jason, Press 2 for Molly, Press 3 for Support, etc.).

Bonzo Coaching Access License:
By clicking the (+) here, you are gaining access to our "Coaching Program" for Bonzo. This will include two strategy calls each month with campaign templates included.
This is per-person access.
Reputation IQ:
By clicking the (+) here, you are gaining access to our feature "Reputation IQ." This is curated data to help you understand your phone number's health when calling and messaging. With this tool you can:
Recycle your phone number and get a different number for use.
Monitor when you are showing up for clients as Spam.

Prospect Packages:
This section gives you the option of purchasing space for your contacts within Bonzo. The standard cost for any overages with your imports would be 40 cents per contact. With this option, you can get discounts if you have large amounts of contacts that you are importing into Bonzo.
To purchase, select your package and then click "Buy Package."
