SuperUser: Content Library

Create, organize, and share message templates and quick replies across teams and regions within your organization.

Updated this week

Content Library, a centralized hub designed to streamline your communication efforts in Bonzo. The current version of Content Library serves as a repository for quick replies and message templates, including text, email, voicemail, and task messages.

A SuperUser and account owner will be able to see and share resources across the entire organization, whereas a regional SuperUser will only be able to see and share these resources with the teams they manage.

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll over to your general tab and clicking on Content Library.

  2. Within the "Mine" section, you'll find the content you've personally created, unique to your SuperUser account, while in the "Shared" section, you'll see content others in your team have shared to you. The Enterprise tab displays anything a SuperUser seat type has shared with you.

It's worth noting that for the SuperUser or account owner, the "Mine" and "Enterprise" tabs will be identical since they both correspond to content created by a SuperUser.

  3. To organize or expand your library, click "New" to create fresh templates or folders, keeping your communication materials organized and easily accessible.

  4. When creating a new template, you can choose to create an SMS, email, voicemail, or task message.

  5. Give your template a name and then craft the content utilizing merge tags, Gifs, emojis, videos, and attachments.

  6. Once crafted, decide if you want to share the template to the rest of your team (Shared tab) or to your entire organization (Enterprise tab) by checking the "Share content" box and then clicking "Save."

The Content Library is a critical tool for SuperUsers, allowing for the management and distribution of marketing and operational content specifically tailored to the needs of different teams in various regions.
