Learn how SuperUsers can monitor tasks and generate reports in Bonzo to align organizational activities with strategic goals

SuperUsers have the capability to monitor tasks across the organization and ensure that they align with broader administrative and strategic goals. Additionally, SuperUsers can deploy reports to gather feedback on platform usage, including metrics such as total messages sent, response rates, and the activity of campaigns and pipelines.

Tasks

  1. From your dashboard, navigate to Tasks under the General tab in your sidebar. Here you will see an entire list of tasks throughout your organization.

    You will also be able to toggle between "Upcoming," "Overdue," and "Completed" tasks, see "Upcoming Birthdays," and view any "Power Dial Groups" created.

  2. To create a task, click on the "+Add task" button in the top right.

    From here you will be able to "Title" and "Disposition" the task, add "Sub-items," and most importantly, "Assign" it to a specific team member within your organization.

    As a SuperUser and account owner you would most likely assign a task to a regional manager or other SuperUser seat, so that they can take appropriate action or disseminate the information to the rest of their team.

  3. Other task options include, assigning the "Type," creating a specific "Date & Time" for the task, selecting a "Priority" level and "Frequency," and finally setting up a reminder that you can sync. to your calendar.

    As a SuperUser and account owner, you are more likely to monitor tasks created by your teams rather than generating new tasks yourself, even though the capability to create tasks is available within the SuperUser seat.

  4. All upcoming tasks are visible in your SuperUser account dashboard for easy access and review.

Reports

To further enhance the system, SuperUsers can utilize reports review the way their teams are utilizing Bonzo. With reports, SuperUsers are able to track things like "Total Outgoing Messages," "Active Campaigns and Pipelines," "Response Rate" and more. This reporting capability empowers SuperUsers to optimize performance and drive more effective engagement across the platform.

  1. To generate a report, from your dashboard, click on "Reports" under the "Management" tab in your sidebar.

  2. Here you will see any past reports generated and you can generate a new report by clicking on the "Create new report" button in the top right.

  3. Currently, there is only 1 type of report available, "SuperUser Adoption." After selecting the type, you can name the report and establish specific criteria like date ranges.

    You also have the ability to add averages and totals to the column rows by checking the appropriate boxes in the bottom left of the screen.

  4. Once the report is generated you will be able to view it in Bonzo or export it as a PDF for sharing and printing. Simply click on the "Download report" button in the top right.


The functionalities provided to SuperUsers in Bonzo for managing tasks and generating reports are pivotal for overseeing organizational activities and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. These tools together furnish SuperUsers with the capabilities needed to effectively manage and refine organizational processes, contributing significantly to the overall success and efficiency of the organization.
