Client - Add Secondary Emails for Order Notifications & Conversations

Managing your art projects just got easier! With our new feature, clients can now add secondary email addresses to their account. This makes it simple to collaborate with your team, partners, or assistants, ensuring everyone stays in the loop.


Why This Feature Matters

In many cases, managing an art commission or enquiry may involve more than one person, be it a colleague, assistant, or co-founder. To streamline communication, we’ve introduced the ability to add secondary participants via email.

Here’s what this means for you:

  • All order-related notifications (such as artist responses) will be sent to both your primary email and the secondary emails you’ve added.

  • Secondary participants can reply directly to those emails, and their responses will be automatically added to the conversation thread.

  • The artist will receive an email notification with their reply, just like they would from the primary account holder.


How to Add Secondary Emails to Your Account

Follow these simple steps to add participants at the account level:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to the Account page from the menu.

  3. Scroll to find the Enquiry Emails section.

  4. Add secondary email addresses (you can add multiple).

  5. Click on Save.

✅ Once saved, these email addresses will automatically receive any notifications when an artist responds to your enquiries or order-related messages.


Add Participants to a Specific Order

If you don’t want to give general access, you can also add participants to a particular order only.


Email Replies by Participants

Here’s how replies work:

  • Any participant receiving a notification email can reply directly to that email.

  • Their response will be captured in the conversation thread on the platform.

  • The artist will be notified via email, just as they are with the primary client.
