Active/Inactive Profile from Artist Panel- New Settings page
Good news! We have now created an option for the artist to pause/activate their profile in the artist panel when the artist is not available to take up the job. The artist can pause/turn off their profile if they are on a break/out of station/busy with projects etc., by clicking on the on/off button under the settings-> Profile Visibility.
2. Send Payment balance reminders to trigger an email to the customers
We have created a new automated system in the artist panel/app where the artist can send a request balance payment to the customers on the invoice.
3. Archive inquiry badge in order
FYI! The client can now archive the chat from the customer panel. When the client archives any order, the artist will receive a notification both in the email and in the artist panel (conversation thread) that customer has archived the enquiry.
4. Notification lines added in the chat
Now all the automated notifications which are sent out from the system or are triggered from the client's end will be shown in the order (conversation thread)
5. Reviews- Enhancements- Added questions
We have now added additional questions to the review for the client. The clients can now leave a review with these additional questions.
