How do I change a participant's class registration?

If you need to change a participant's registration for a class, you can easily do so by following these steps. The process is simple and ensures that the participant's information is always up to date.

1. Find the participant

  • Start by going to the participant list, where you can see a summary of all registered participants.

  • If the participant list is long, you can use the search bar to quickly find the participant using their name or email address.

2. Open the participant's profile

  • Click on the participant's name or email address to open their profile.

  • On the profile you will find all the necessary information and options to manage their registrations.

3. Navigate to the Training tab

  • Inside the participant's profile, select the Training tab from the menu at the top.

  • Here you will get an overview of all the classes that the participant is registered for, as well as opportunities to make changes.

4. Manage registration or attendance

  • Next to the desired class, you will see three small dots that will open a menu. Click this to view your options.

  • You can now choose between:

    • Delete Registration: Remove the participant's registration for the class if they no longer wish to participate.

    • Delete attendance: Correct attendance data for a specific training if an error has occurred.

The changes will take effect immediately and will be updated automatically in the system.
