How to create a new class template

Follow the steps below to create a new class template in the system.


Navigate to Team Templates

  1. Go to Dashboard.

  2. Click on Staff in the menu.

  3. Click on Schedule in the menu.

  4. Select + Scheduling to begin creation.


Step-by-Step Guide to Creation

1. Details

Here you enter basic information and images.

  • Title: Give the team a name, e.g. Endurance WOD.

  • Subtitle: A short description, e.g. Hardest ever.

  • Type: Select the class type from the list.

  • Center: Select the center where the class is held.

  • Locations: Enter specific location, if necessary.

  • Maximum number of participants: Set the limit for the number of participants (e.g. 16).

  • Images: Upload a background image for use in the mobile app. Recommended size: 2048 × 1536 pixels (4:3 aspect ratio).


2. Settings

Customize the team's default settings:

  • Er Open Gym: Mark if the class is open to everyone.

  • Is a closed team: Specify if only specific members are allowed to participate.

  • Is personal training: Used for individual sessions.

  • Enable Fines: Add no-show penalties.

  • Are guests allowed: Fields if guests can join.

  • Release Training Program: Make the training program visible to members.

  • Change opt-out time: Set a deadline for unenrollment.

  • Automatic cancellation of classes: Choose whether the class should be automatically cancelled in case of low registration.


3. When

Schedule when and how often the class takes place:

  • Days of the week: Mark the days on which the class will be held.

  • Frequency: Specify whether the class repeats weekly or at other intervals.

  • Class begins: Enter start time (e.g. 17:00).

  • Duration of training: Specify duration in hours and minutes (e.g. 1 hour).

  • Duration of the shift: Set the duration of the shift (can be longer than the training).

Define the period for the planning:

  • Planning starts: Enter the start date (e.g. 03.12.2024).

  • Scheduling ends: Enter the end date (or leave the field blank for a running period).


5. Directors

Assign instructors to the team:

  • Planning type:

    • Normal: Same instructor every week.

    • Changing: Rotating instructors every week.

    • Specific days: Instructors are assigned to specific days.

  • Coaches: Select the coach(es) from the list.


6. Participants

Add members to be automatically joined to the class:

  • Members: Select members from the list of registered participants.
