To find and manage email templates in the system, follow these steps:
Navigate to the email template list
Go to Dashboard.
Find the Settings section
Click on Email Templates to see an overview of all created email templates.
Features in the email template list
Search
Use the search box at the top of the page to find specific email templates based on name, type, or creation date.
Columns
Name: Displays the title of the email template
Subject line: Displays the subject of the email being sent.
Type: Categorizes the email template (e.g. Welcome Email, Confirmation).
Creation Date and Time: Shows when the email template was created.
Page Display
You can adjust the number of displayed rows per page (e.g. 10, 25, 50) by using the drop-down menu at the bottom of the list.
If the list is empty
If no email templates are displayed, it means that no templates have been created yet. Follow the instructions under "Create new email template" to create a new template.
