📌 Method: DropInDistribution

This article explains how we calculate the distribution of drop-in visitors – members who pay per visit.

How is drop-in distribution calculated?

Find all drop-in visits in the period

  • We retrieve data on all single visits within the specified time frame.

Group by segment

  • Distribution can be divided by gender, age, or visit frequency.

Calculate percentage distribution

  • We count how many visits fall into each category.

Visualize data

  • Data is displayed as a pie chart showing the distribution of drop-in guests.

Example Calculation

We calculate the drop-in distribution for March.

Why is this important?

✔ Understand how many of your customers visit only once vs. recurring guests
✔ Identify potential members who could upgrade to a membership
✔ Adjust marketing strategies to convert drop-in guests into regular members

💡 Result: A pie chart showing drop-in distribution.
