If you are experiencing problems unlocking, follow these steps to find the issue:
1️⃣ Check whether the issue is with Booking Board or Danalock:
🔹 Turn off Bluetooth on your phone
🔹 Open the Danalock app as an administrator
🔹 Try unlocking the door via Danabridge
❌ If the door does not unlock, the issue is not with Booking Board:
✔ Check your internet connection
✔ Check your Danabridge light indicator (it should be solid green)
✔ Restart your router or Danabridge
