πŸ”Ή Step 1: Connect Danalock to the Booking Board

πŸ“Œ Navigate to:
➑ SYSTEM β†’ SETTINGS β†’ INTEGRATIONS β†’ ACCESS SYSTEM β†’ DANALOCK

βœ… Select "Danalock" from the drop-down menu
βœ… Log in with your master account (the one you have created in the Danalock app while setting up the lock)

⚠ Important:

  • Only the center owner should be the administrator of Danalock, not your locksmith.

  • Once you have logged in, Danalock is connected to the Booking Board and you can proceed to the next step.

πŸ”Ή Step 2: Connect Danalock to the Center

πŸ“Œ Navigate to:
➑ MANAGEMENT β†’ CENTRE β†’ The 3 dots β†’ EDIT β†’ DETAILS β†’ LOCK ID

βœ… Select your Danalock lock from the drop-down menu

πŸ”Ή Step 3: Set the center's opening hours

πŸ“Œ Navigate to:
➑ MANAGEMENT β†’ CENTRE β†’ The 3 dots β†’ EDIT β†’ OPENING HOURS

βœ… Set the overall opening hours of the center

πŸ”Ή Step 4: Set Access Setup

πŸ“Œ Navigate to:
➑ MANAGEMENT β†’ CENTRE β†’ The 3 dots β†’ SHOW β†’ ACCESS

βœ… Set the lock with the desired access rules
βœ… Confirm and adjust opening hours again (as an extra security)

⚠ Important:
🚨 Your phone (with master access) must not have the following settings in the Danalock app:

  • "Hold back the fallen" enabled

  • "Auto-lock after opening" enabled
These settings may overwrite the Booking Board settings and interfere with the lock function.

πŸ”Ή Step 5: Give memberships access to the door system

πŸ“Œ Navigate to:
➑ SALES β†’ MEMBERSHIPS β†’ Select membership β†’ The 3 dots β†’ EDIT

βœ… Turn on
βœ… "Has access to door system" (Optional) Limit access times:
Just below this setting, you can activate "Limit training times" – if the membership is only allowed access during certain hours that are shorter than the general opening hours.
