If you are experiencing problems unlocking, follow these steps to find the error:
⃣ 1️Check if it is the Booking Board or Danalock that is failing:
🔹
Turn off Bluetooth on your phone
🔹 Open the Danalock app as an administrator
🔹 Try unlocking the door via Danabridge
❌ If the door does not unlock, it is not due to the Booking Board:
✔ Check your internet connection
✔ Check your Danabridge light indicator (should be solid green)
✔ Restart your router or Danabridge
