Do attendees get an automatic refund when I cancel an event?

No - when you cancel an event, there will be no automatic refund to attendees. This is a deliberate safety measure.

It works like this:


✔ When cancelling an event, refunds must be handled manually When
deleting a registration, the participant will automatically get the amount refunded

Here's how:

  1. If you have cancelled the entire event, you will need to manually refund the registrants

  2. Go to the participant list and delete the registrations one by one – then the amount will be automatically refunded
