What this screen does

This is where you get an overview of all planned classes. The page shows classes in a calendar view organised by day of the week and time, and in a list with details about each class.

How to get here

  1. Click on Classes in the left menu.

  2. Select Scheduled classes.

  3. Here you see the calendar.

1. Set the date range

When the page loads, it shows classes from today through the next 7 days. You can change this using the From and To date pickers. Use the arrow buttons to jump one week back or forward. Click Today (red) to reset to the default range. The selected dates are saved in the URL.

2. Filter by location

Click All locations in the toolbar. Select a location from the dropdown to show only classes at that location. Click All locations to remove the filter. The selected location is also saved in the URL.

3. Search for a class

Use the Search field in the toolbar. Type a class title, location name or instructor name. The list filters instantly as you type.

4. Read the class list

Switch to list view by clicking List on the right side. Each row represents one planned class.

Checkbox

Select to choose the class for bulk actions.

Title

The name of the class, e.g. Morning Yoga.

Date

The date the class takes place, shown as DD/MM/YYYY.

Time

Start and end time, e.g. 09:00 - 10:00.

Location

Which location the class is at. Shows – if none is set.

Instructor

Profile pictures of the assigned instructors. Up to 3 are shown. If there are more, a +N badge is shown with names in a tooltip. Shows – if no instructor is assigned.

Capacity

Number enrolled relative to total capacity, e.g. 5/20.

5. View or edit a single class

Click the class in the calendar to see details about participants, programme and instructor. Click the pencil icon to edit. Click the red bin icon to cancel this individual class (requires confirmation).

6. Select multiple classes

Switch to list view and tick the checkbox on each class you want to act on. You can then cancel or edit the selected classes.

7. Bulk edit selected classes

With one or more classes selected, click the pencil icon (Edit selected) in the action bar. A dialogue opens with the title Edit (number) classes. Only the fields you fill in will be updated — leave a field empty to keep the original value.
