How to get here
1. Open the Booking Board app.
2. Find a campaign via the news section on the home screen or via a direct link from your centre.
3. Tap the campaign you want to find out more about.
You are now on the Campaign – Details screen.
Step-by-step guide
1. Top image (Header)
At the top of the screen a large image is shown covering the full width.
The campaign has a cover image: The image is shown in full width with a dark gradient at the bottom so the text is easy to read. The campaign name is shown in large, bold text at the bottom of the image.
The campaign has no cover image: A coloured background with a megaphone icon in the centre. The campaign name is still shown at the bottom.
You can drag the screen up and down. When you scroll down, the top image shrinks into a compact title bar at the top.
2. Navigation bar
Back arrow: Shown in the top left. Tap to go back to the previous screen.
Title: The campaign name is shown in the compact title bar once you have scrolled past the top image.
3. Price card
Just below the top image you find a card with pricing information.
Price icon: A round tag icon in the centre’s primary colour.
Price text: Shows the campaign price formatted in the correct currency (e.g. “499.00 DKK”). The text is large and bold.
Availability indicator: Only shown if the campaign has a limited number of spots. Shows either “Available” with a green tick or “Sold out” with a red cross.
4. Information badges
Below the price card, one or more small badges with practical information may be shown. Which badges are shown depends on the campaign setup.
Number of spots: Shows the total number of spots in the campaign (e.g. “10 seats”). Only shown if the centre has specified a number.
Valid from: Shows the start date of the campaign (e.g. “Jan 15, 2026”). Only shown if a start date is set.
Expires: Shows the end date or expiry date of the campaign. Shown in orange to signal that the offer is time-limited.
If none of this information is available, this section is not shown.
5. Description
If the campaign has a description, it is shown below a heading with a text icon. The description can contain formatted text (bold, italic, links, lists etc.) as it is displayed as HTML content. Read the description to understand what the campaign includes and what terms apply.
6. No description (empty state)
If the campaign has no description, a megaphone icon is shown with the text “No information available”. This simply means the centre has not yet added a description.
