Important
This is not possible directly in the Booking Board app. Trainers must have access to the dashboard to release and manage training programs.
If your trainers do not have access to a computer, they can still access the dashboard via their phone.
This is done through a regular web browser on the phone.
How to do it
Open a browser on the phone
Go to the Booking Board dashboard
Log in with the staff member’s email and password
Go to Dashboard
Select Calendar
Find the relevant class
Click the pencil icon in the top right corner (Edit)
Select Release training program
Optionally set the time for when it should be released
Click Save
Result
Once the training program is released, it becomes available to the relevant members.
Tip
If a trainer cannot see the option to release training programs, make sure they have the correct role and the necessary permissions in the system.
