1. Assign the “Personal Trainer” role
To use the PT module, the employee must have the correct role.
How to do it:
Open the employee’s profile
Click the pencil (edit)
Select the role Personal Trainer
Save changes
The employee now has access to PT features.
2. Activate Personal Training under Class Types
Go to Class Types
Find Personal Training
Make sure it is active
3. Create a Personal Training membership
Go to Memberships
Find or create Personal Training
Assign the membership to the member who will receive PT
4. Create Personal Training via Planning
Once membership and class type are ready:
Go to Planning
Create new planning
Select Class Type: Personal Training
Choose trainer and member
Set up repetition
Save
Great for longer PT courses.
5. Create Personal Training via the Calendar
Go to Scheduled Classes
Click directly in the calendar
Select Personal Training
Choose trainer and member
Set time and participant
Save
Note:
Changes and deletions must be made manually since this is not created via planning.
6. Assign trainer + training programs to the member
Go to the Training tab on the member’s profile
Assign the Personal Trainer
Add training programs
Attach each program to a specific day
The member will see their programs in the app.
Summary
Assign PT role → employee
Activate class type → Personal Training
Create PT membership
Create PT via planning or calendar
Add programs → member
