The status counts don't match the total

In this article, we explain what to do if the counts on the tabs look incorrect.

Problem

The number of registrations shown on the status tabs does not match the expected total.

Possible cause

The counts are fetched from the server and reflect the current data. Recently created or updated registrations may take a moment to appear.

Solution

  1. Navigate away from the page and come back.

  2. Reload the page to fetch the latest data.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • Which counts don't match.

  • When the issue occurred.
