I can't find the Stock adjustment button

Problem

The Stock adjustment button is not shown in the toolbar.

Possible cause

The button is only visible if the product has stock tracking enabled. If stock tracking is disabled, the button is hidden.

Solution

  1. Check whether "Not tracked" is shown in the product summary — this confirms that stock tracking is switched off.

  2. Click Edit in the toolbar.

  3. Enable stock tracking for the product and save.

  4. The Stock adjustment button will now appear in the toolbar.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The product name.

  • When the issue occurred.
