This article explains how to create new advertiser accounts, when to create additional accounts, and how to remove access to an account you no longer need.
How to create a new advertiser account
Log in to the platform.
Click the account dropdown in the upper right corner.
Select Create Advertiser.
Alternatively, go to Advertiser Tools > Create Advertiser.
Complete the setup form with your legal entity name, billing address, and contact information.
Hit Save. Your new account is ready to be funded and used.
When should you create an additional account
Create a separate advertiser account when:
You have a different legal entity or billing name that needs to appear on invoices (e.g., a subsidiary or group company).
A property belongs to a different ownership or management structure that requires its own financial reporting.
If all your properties share the same billing entity and you want to manage budgets separately, you can do this within a single account using multiple campaigns. You don't need a new account.
Funding each account
Each advertiser account must be funded individually. Funds do not transfer between accounts automatically.
Viewing performance across multiple accounts
If you manage multiple accounts, you can view combined performance on the Overview and Reporting pages by selecting multiple accounts from the top-right account dropdown.
How to remove an account
Advertiser accounts cannot be deleted directly from the platform. If you no longer need an account:
Pause all active campaigns within the account.
Stop adding funds. The balance will remain, but campaigns won't spend.
To request a refund of any remaining balance, contact us via Live Chat or email us at booking.sponsoredlistings@koddi.com.
To fully deactivate the account, contact our support team with your account ID and the reason for removal.
