How to manage a page in Bookipi AI Website Builder
In this article, you will learn how to navigate the multi-page feature of your website.
How to add a page
To add a new page, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click ‘Website’.
Click ‘Website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.
Step 2: Click ‘Edit’.
From your website overview, hover over your site and click ‘Edit’.
Step 3: Go to the Pages section.
In the lower-right corner, click the bulleted list icon to display your Pages.
Step 4: Add a new page.
Click the + button to create a new page for your website.
Step 5: Enter the required information.
Provide the page details so the AI can generate the content for you. You can also select ‘Get AI suggestions’ at the bottom to get ideas for pages to add to your site.
Step 6: Edit the content as needed.
Update the content of your page as needed.
Step 7: Click ‘Publish’.
Your changes are saved automatically. When you’re ready to go live, click ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’ if your site is already published.
How to edit a page
To edit the page you have added, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click ‘Website’.
Click ‘Website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.
Step 2: Click ‘Edit’.
From your website overview, hover over your site and click ‘Edit’.
Step 3: Select the page.
Open the page you want to edit by clicking it in the header of your website.
Alternatively, go to the Pages section from the navigation panel in the lower-right corner of your dashboard and select the page you want to edit.
Step 4: Edit the page.
Edit content directly on the website preview canvas by clicking the section you want to modify, or select 'Improve text' to receive AI-powered suggestions.
You can also open the embedded AI chat by clicking the magic wand icon in the dashboard sidebar. Use the AI chat to request edits and get help updating the page of your website.
Step 5: Click ‘Publish’.
Your changes are saved automatically. When you’re ready to go live, click ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’ if your site is already published.
How to rename a page
To change the name of the page you've added, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click ‘Website’.
Click ‘Website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.
Step 2: Click ‘Edit’.
From your website overview, hover over your site and click ‘Edit’.
Step 3: Go to the Pages section.
In the lower-right corner, click the bulleted list icon to display your Pages.
Step 4: Click the ellipsis button.
Click the ellipsis button on the far right of the page you want to rename.
Step 5: Select ‘Settings’.
Choose ‘Settings’ from the menu options.
Step 6: Edit the page name.
Update the page name in the Page name field.
Step 7: Save your changes.
Click ‘Save’ to apply the new page name.
Step 8: Click ‘Publish’.
Your changes are saved automatically. When you’re ready to go live, click ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’ if your site is already published.
How to delete a page
If you want to delete additional pages on your website, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click ‘Website’.
Click ‘Website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.
Step 2: Click ‘Edit’.
From your website overview, hover over your site and click ‘Edit’.
Step 3: Go to the Pages section.
In the lower-right corner, click the bulleted list icon to display your Pages.
Step 4: Click the ellipsis button.
Click the ellipsis button on the far right of the page you want to delete.
Step 5: Select ‘Delete’.
Choose ‘Delete’ from the menu options.
Step 6: Confirm the deletion.
Click 'Yes, I am sure' to confirm that you want to delete the page.
Step 7: Click ‘Publish’.
Your changes are saved automatically. When you’re ready to go live, click ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’ if your site is already published.
How to rearrange the pages
You can easily change the order of your pages by following the instructions below.
Step 1: Click ‘Website’.
Click ‘Website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.
Step 2: Click ‘Edit’.
From your website overview, hover over your site and click ‘Edit’.
Step 3: Go to the Pages section.
In the lower-right corner, click the bulleted list icon to display your Pages.
Step 4: Select the page.
Locate the page you want to move.
Step 5: Drag the page to a new position.
Click and hold the page , and drag it to your desired position in the list.
Step 6: Drop to confirm new order.
Release to place the page in its new order.
Reorder additional pages as needed.
Step 7: Click ‘Publish’.
Your changes are saved automatically. When you’re ready to go live, click ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’ if your site is already published.

A: No, it’s not possible to delete the first or home page of your website as it serves as the primary page. However, you can rename the page if you'd like.
