Why You Were Asked to Log in Again and Enter Your Details

Learn why Bookipi may ask you to enter your company or industry details again when logging in. Explains how to make sure you’re logging in with the correct account so your invoices and data appear as expected.

Why You’re Seeing This

We’ve made some updates to improve account security and make sure every business profile has complete information (like industry and company size).

As part of this update, some users who still needed to complete their details were automatically logged out.


When you log back in, you’ll be prompted to complete any missing information, such as your company name or industry. Once this is done, you’ll be able to access your existing account and continue using it as usual.


🧩 What to Expect

  • You might be logged out once before being prompted to complete missing details.

  • If you’re prompted to answer a few questions before logging in, please go ahead and complete them.

  • Once done, you'll be logged into your existing account. Rest assured, this process will not create a new account.

  • You won’t be asked again for the same information after it’s saved.

✅ Your invoices and account data remain linked to your original Bookipi account.
⚠️ Just make sure to log in using the same method or email you used before — for example, if you normally use “Continue with Google,” keep using that.

If you choose a different option (like “Continue with Email” instead of Google or Apple), the system will create a new blank account under that new login.

If this is what happened simply log out and log back in with the right details.


🔑 If You Can’t See Your Data

  1. Log in using the same email or login option (Google, Apple, or Email) you used before.

  2. If you’re unsure of or cannot remember your login credentials, please contact our team via chat or email at support@bookipi.com.

    1. Share your previous login email, company name, client names or their emails, a copy of any invoices, and any other relevant information. This will help our support team locate your original account quickly and efficiently.
