How to upgrade from a Free Plan to a Starter Plan Subscription
Learn how to upgrade to the Starter Plan subscription with our simple guide below.
Step 1: Click on your user icon.
Click on your user icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
Step 2: Select a company.
Select the company account you wish to subscribe to.
Step 3: Click ‘Settings’.
Select ‘Settings’ beneath your account email address.
Step 4: Select ‘Subscription’.
Select the ‘Subscription’ tab.
Step 5: Choose between a monthly or yearly plan.
Switch the toggle to select either a monthly or yearly plan.
Step 6: Choose the Starter plan.
Select the Starter plan, then click ‘Add’.
Step 7: Check your plan details.
Scroll down the page to review the plan you selected.
Step 8: Proceed to payment.
Once everything is correct, proceed to checkout by clicking 'Continue to payment'.
Step 9: Enter payment details.
Review your details and click ‘Upgrade now’.

Q: Will my card be automatically charged each billing cycle?
A: Yes, based on your subscription date. If you need to cancel your plan, you must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid having the fees charged for that period.

A: You can try troubleshooting by refreshing the page. If it still doesn’t update, hover over the selected plan in the checkout section and click the 'X' icon to remove it. Then, reselect the correct plan and billing option.
