How to upgrade from a Free Plan to a Starter Plan Subscription
Learn how to upgrade to the Starter Plan subscription with our simple guide below.
Step 1: Select your user icon in the top right-hand corner.
Please be advised that subscriptions are allocated on a per-company basis.
Step 2: Choose the Company you want to upgrade and select ‘Settings’
Step 2: Toggle the 'Yearly discount' button
This allows you to toggle between a monthly or a yearly plan. In this sample, we will choose a monthly plan. Then choose a Subscription plan.
Step 3: Select ‘Upgrade’.
Signing up for a subscription is a renewing contract.
Once you have subscribed, the plan will renew on the first day of your billing cycle.
You can cancel this subscription at any time.
Cancelling a subscription will only be effective when you have completed the existing billing cycle.
Step 4: Enter your card details and select ‘Add Card’
Step 5: Review your order and select ‘Confirm’.
You have successfully subscribed!
Once you have subscribed you can view your subscriptions by selecting your user icon on the top right and selecting ‘Settings’ and then ‘Subscriptions’ or ‘Subscription details’.
