How to connect your own domain in Bookipi AI Website Builder

If you’re subscribed to the Bookipi AI Website Builder Pro plan, you can customise your domain to create a professional look for your website. If you already have a domain and simply want to connect it to the Bookipi AI Website Builder, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click ‘Website’.

Click ‘Website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.

Step 2: Click ‘Settings’.

Click on ‘Settings’ (the gear icon), which is the last icon in the sidebar.

Step 3: Select ‘Custom'.

Select the 'Custom’ option from the available choices.

Step 4: Click ‘Connect my domain’.

Click ‘Connect my domain’ just below your URL in the Customize domain section.

Step 5: Click ‘Continue’.

Click ‘Continue’ to move on to the next step.

Step 6: Enter your domain name.

Enter the domain you have purchased and registered into the provided field.

Step 7: Click ‘Continue’.

Then click ‘Continue’ to proceed.

Step 8: Select your domain provider.

Choose your domain provider where you purchased and registered your domain name.

Step 9: Sign in to your web domain host account.

Step 10: Click ‘Save’ and ‘Publish’.

Save the changes you made, and click 'Publish' to launch your website.

You may now be able to view your website using your custom domain.

Your domain might still be linked to your previous website host or domain provider.

In this case, you'll need to log in to your account with your domain provider, where you purchased and registered your domain, and access your DNS settings. From there, delete the CNAME and A records. Once you've done that, contact us so we can reset your domain and help you reconnect it to your website.
Your email address has not been verified yet.

Please check and verify your email to ensure your account runs smoothly.
You may not have paid for your domain, especially if you obtained it from Ionos through our app.

Please note that Ionos is only our domain hosting partner. Subscribing to our AI Website Builder only gives you access to premium features for customizing your website but acquiring a domain is a different service and requires a separate payment.
