Pricing

Residential cleaning is typically charged on an hourly basis. Some cleaners may require a minimum booking duration (this will be shown on their profile).

What’s excluded from pricing

If special supplies or additional materials are required, they may be charged separately with your approval. Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible entry and parking. Paid parking costs, if required, are the customer’s responsibility.

Service Warranty

Cleaners always aim to deliver their best and take pride in their work. If by any chance the service does not meet your expectations, please contact our support team within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concern and work to resolve it fairly and promptly.

This warranty covers workmanship-related issues from the completed service and does not include new messes after the service or issues unrelated to the cleaning performed. All requests are handled thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.


Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand plans can change. Our policies aim to be fair to both customers and cleaners.

Rescheduling is usually free when done in advance. The easiest way to coordinate changes is through direct chat with your cleaner.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Bookings canceled within 12 hours may incur a charge equivalent to one hour of service to compensate the cleaner.
