Loyalty Points are rewards you earn when you book any service. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings.
Earn Points
Loyalty Points are earned automatically when you successfully complete a service booking with BookMyHelp.
Points are earned only after service completion.
You can earn between 1% to 5% of your total cart value (pre-tax).
The percentage awarded may vary based on promotions, campaigns, or internal programs.
1 Loyalty Point = $0.01 (1 cent).
Example:
If your pre-tax booking total is $500 and the reward rate is 3%, you will earn points equivalent to $15, which equals 1,500 Loyalty Points.
Points will be credited to your account after the job is marked completed and payment is successfully processed.
Redeem Points
You can redeem available Loyalty Points during checkout on eligible bookings.
Points can be applied at checkout before completing payment.
You may not always be able to use 100% of your available points.
Loyalty Points can be redeemed only up to a maximum discount limit per booking.
The maximum redeemable amount may vary depending on the service, promotion, or internal policy.
Points cannot be applied after payment is completed.
The applicable redemption value will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Important Terms
Loyalty Points are earned only through completed service bookings.
Points are calculated based on the pre-tax cart value only.
Points have no cash value outside the BookMyHelp platform and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Points may be subject to expiration.
If a booking is canceled, refunded, disputed, or partially refunded, earned or redeemed points may be adjusted or reversed.
Points may not be applicable to certain services, fees, taxes, or add-ons.
The earning percentage and redemption limits may vary at Bookmyhelp’s discretion.
To maintain fairness and program integrity, any misuse, manipulation, or suspicious activity related to Loyalty Points may result in cancellation of points or account suspension.
Bookmyhelp reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Points program at any time without prior notice. Bookmyhelp shall not be liable for any loss arising from changes to or termination of the program.
