1. How to log an Incident/Accident

  • Open the Attendee/Booking modal and head to the Notes/Report tab

  • You’ll see a Log Incident button.

  • Clicking this button opens a digital incident report form.

2. Filling Out the Report

  • All fields in the form are REQUIRED to be filled out, if you don't have anything to add to a particular field then just add 'NA'

  • The date and time of form completion are automatically recorded and displayed once saved.

3. Saving, Printing, and Emailing Reports

Once the report is saved:

  • All fields become locked and cannot be edited.

  • You’ll see new CTAs to Print or Email the report.

    • Print allows you to screen print the page.

    • Email lets you send the report directly to the customer using Pebble's built-in email functionality.

4. Timeline Integration

  • Once note has been saved the report will display on the Notes/Reports Tab of the attendee/booking modal.

  • All notes and reports appear in a unified timeline view.

  • Each incident report entry includes:

    • Activity name

    • Schedule name

    • Name of the admin who created the report

    • Date/time of report creation

    • Last sent date/time

  • Reports can be soft-deleted, meaning they can be restored later if needed. Please contact support@bookpebble.co.uk if you want to recover a report.

5. Customer Directory Updates

  • If a child has a report logged for a booking, a form icon will appear next to their name in the Customer View, alerting you to their incident history.
