Want to bring back families who haven’t booked recently? Use filters to find them and send a friendly nudge.

Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the customers tap

  2. Filter by booking status 'no upcoming bookings'

  3. Hit message and choose how

Email idea:

“We miss you! Check out what’s new this summer.”

Include your booking link and a few photos of your new activities.

SMS idea:

“Still a few spaces left at our Holiday Camp next week. Use code FUN10 for 10% off. Book now: [link]”

Pro tip: Try using a unique discount code in SMS so you can track which messages led to bookings.
